As a digitally native brand with thriving brick-and-mortar stores and retail partners, Vuori knew they needed a centralized data and analytics platform to analyze and report on all aspects of their commerce data to help the team meet the company’s growth goals.

By partnering with Daasity, Vuori revolutionized its strategy, scaling retail revenue from a mere 2% to an impressive 40% of total sales. With Daasity’s powerful analytics, Vuori gained deep visibility into Shopify data, order-level and pricing insights and built a custom LTV logic, allowing them to make data-driven decisions that fueled their rapid growth.

Once data has been extracted and transformed with Daasity, the organization could easily track retail performance, optimize inventory allocation, and refine pricing strategies, all critical factors in their successful brick and mortar expansion. Daasity’s platform empowered teams across the organization to generate insights quickly, drill into key revenue driving metrics, and seamlessly scale from a digitally native brand to a global retail powerhouse.

Optimizing pricing and promotions is one of the trickiest balancing acts in retail today, directly impacting both customer satisfaction and the bottom line. The company had a blind spot in understanding historical markdown trends and was unable to compare revenue between units sold at full price vs those discounted.

To attack this problem, Daasity’s Agency team built a customized table to begin capturing price changes as well as a report to drill down into the data. The Vuori analytics team then fine-tuned the build, leveraging Daasity’s logic to build their own model.

We now have a way to always feel confident in identifying, at an order-line level, items sold at a markdown versus full price. Now, we have a way to programmatically track and monitor prices, and it allows us to regularly provide details to internal stakeholders.

After raising over $400 million in funding and being valued at $5.5 billion, the company has no plans of slowing down their growth.
