Data Challenges
ThirdLove, a lingerie brand renowned for its commitment to inclusivity, is one of the largest online intimate apparel brands in the US. Founded by Heidi Zak and her husband, David Spector, in 2013, ThirdLove stands for body positivity and innovation in the lingerie market.
As ThirdLove grew, it encountered significant data management challenges that stemmed from its fragmented data systems. The company was leveraging Shopify Plus for the eCommerce side of operations, while Netsuite housed their crucial inventory management, as well as wholesale and dropshipping information for partners like Neiman Marcus and QVC. Recognizing the need for a unified view of their operations, ThirdLove sought solutions. However, their existing tools failed to offer timely insights and were difficult for the team to manage.
Before Daasity, our data was scattered across NetSuite for merchandising, returns, and retail partners, and Shopify for eCommerce, leaving us without a unified view of our operations. This streamlined inventory management by providing insights into stock levels, returns, and incoming inventory and also provided a clear view of customer behavior and sales performance across all channels.
