Attn: Grace emerged from a personal journey, driven by the founders’ observation of the challenges faced by individuals seeking incontinence products. Frustrated with bulky and uncomfortable options causing skin irritation, the team set out to create a collection of skin-safe, sustainably designed products. Using powerful, plant-based materials, Attn: Grace aims to redefine the standard of care for millions of women experiencing incontinence issues.
The company faced significant data challenges, especially around their subscription data and their Subscribe and Save program. Hindered by fragmented analytical tools and manual cohort modeling in Excel, the Attn: Grace team struggled to decipher data efficiently. This lack of real-time insights into revenue dynamics for each cohort impeded their ability to optimize marketing strategies, increase customer retention, and improve average order values.
